Light and Heavy Duty Technicians

Business Development Representative

Entry-Level Automotive Business Development Representative

New Brighton Ford is a family owned and operated new and pre-owned automotive dealership located in New Brighton, MN, just minutes north of Minneapolis.

We’re seeking a professional and determined candidate to work in our Business Development Center (BDC). Employees in our BDC help answer questions consumers have about vehicles on our lot with a goal to set an appointment for the customer to visit our dealership to meet with a sales representative. The primary responsibility is to follow-up with prospects that come from multiple lead source providers and set appointments. You will be actively involved in assisting consumers with their vehicle purchase and making sure they have the most enjoyable car buying experience they will ever have.

This is not a car sales position! This person is essentially the assistant support person to the Internet Sales Manager and Floor Sales Representatives, to help with long-term follow-up to get consumers to come visit our dealership.

Candidates must be energetic, eager, motivated, with an outgoing spirit. This is a vital position within our organization that will focus on customer service and long-term prospect follow-up using a customer relationship management (CRM) database and many forms of verbal and written communication strategies.
